Breathing
90% of us aren't breathing correctly. There are as many ways to breath as there are foods to eat. And there are breathing patterns that heal us and breathing patterns that make us sick. Do you know which patterns you are using?

Mindset
Our mind has more control over our body and reality than we can comprehend, yet most of our daily thoughts are on autopilot, repeating the same patterns. How positive or negative is your mind? Are you aware of its impact?
